Like many, we can not believe how quickly this year has progressed. So much has happened since January; we have been lucky enough to make some new partnerships, which will allow Hughes Online to expand into exciting new areas and work with some amazing people to create cutting edge web based applications, which is proactive in helping its users maximise their working efficiency.

We have had the chance to build some fun and dynamic websites this year, which will continue in the new year with us launching the best website we have ever produced. Stay tuned for more information as soon as it is launched, including a potential launch party!

We have also launched our hard disk encryption solution, which will ensure our clients have the protection they need to safely store their data without risk from it being stolen or hacked.

Hughes Online Solutions are excited to announce that we will be building a website for the extremely talented Dan Greenaway! This website will be the most interactive website we have ever tried to create and will be backed by our brand new CMS solution.

The website will not only feature an encyclopaedia worthy amount of videos and images, but will also contain a smart calendar which will let all of Dan's fan's know when he is playing in a particular venue or city.

It will also include a unique 'playing now' section which will allow fans attending a gig to interact with Dan and request songs via their phones.

Hughes Online Solutions have just started work on an import system for a Midlands based window company, which will allow them to import all of the order details which are currently stored within an Excel spreadsheet into their online management system.

The web and Windows based import system will be able to verify the details stored on an Excel spreadsheet, cross-reference it against existing data and then import the details into their online management system whilst maintaining a record of what information was imported, by whom and on what date.

Hughes Online Solutions have just started to build an appointment booking system for a telecoms company.

This system will allow the company to create branded campaigns, book user appointments and issue clients with their appointment details.

Clients will be able to sign up to the system and book an appointment with the company at a time of their choice. They will then receive a confirmation email with the ability to add the event to a calendar on their phones and computers.

The introduction of GDPR and increased regulatory compliance requirements have increased the need for every business to protect the data they hold on their computers in order to prevent unauthorised personnel from accessing sensitive data which is stored on it.

Hughes Online Solutions are proud to announce our full disk encryption solution for both computer hard disks and USB drives. Our solution will make sure that you are FIPS 140-2 level 1 certified using AES and SHA encryption algorithms and because it is fully integrated into your operating system it will not reduce your computer's performance or provide you with annoying messages.

Hughes Online Solutions are proud to announce our partnership with a Birmingham based I.T. security & communications company.

We will be working closely with them combining our web based applications and software development knowledge with their I.T. hardware, security and communications expertise, to produce a 'best of both worlds' combination of the latest hardware, running bespoke, intelligent and proactive not reactive software.

We are excited about the prospect of using all of our developmental knowledge to support them and their clients for many years to come.

Hughes Online Solutions are excited to announce that we will be building a website for a Nuneaton based mortgage agency.

This website will highlight the fun yet professional nature of the business and it's owner Alan Randle, along with the wonderful MPAA team and details of all of the services which MPAA offer.

The website will also provide the visitors with an interactive mortgage calendar, to aid them with working out the level of deposit and potential monthly payments required for them to buy their dream house.

Hughes Online Solutions have just completed a management system for an artwork procurement company. This system will allow the company to keep track of the progress of multiple projects, both financially and logistically.

The system allows the company to keep track of every part of the potentially high net worth projects, so that everyone involved in each project can stay up-to-date with the latest changes and the progression of the project from initial design to completion.

Hughes Online Solutions have just completed a management system for a pile integrity testing company. This system will allow the company to monitor all of their projects and will produce detailed PDF reports based on the testing results.

The office staff are able to view all of the workload for the company, book client tests into the schedule, book employee holidays and assign the relevant staff and equipment to a project, all within the same page.

The engineers are able to use the system to see the jobs they have been assigned to, all of the assets which have been assigned to them and all of the details for each job.
